Announcements & Upcoming Events

Office Hours:

Anne will continue to be in the church office on Wednesday afternoons but is changing the scheduled hours to 1:30pm – 4:30pm.

Bulletin Editor:

We are looking for someone to take over the job of doing the weekly bulletin.  If anyone feels called to do this, please speak to on the wardens or Danita.

The Clothing Closet would appreciate help every Sunday after services to bring up the bags of clothing from the basement to be left in the upstairs hallway.

St. Luke’s Table will be holding a weekly community kitchen commencing end of September.  4 – 6 participants will prep, prepare and package meals to take home for dinner, as well, refrigerate for anyone in need.  I am in search of ideally, new microwavable containers/used yogurt/margarine containers with lids, anything for food storage that will store well in the fridge/freezer.  Also, if anyone has home sized stock pots/Dutch ovens with lids/electric frying pans that could be donated (we are looking for 2 each), as well as any cooking utensils that you may have extra laying around would be useful and much appreciated.  Lastly, we are looking for outgoing, friendly, committed individuals to volunteer for this program.  ~ Mondays from 8:30am – 11:30am
If interested, please email kim@stlukestable.ca
